This page will give you a reference for a price. You will receive a final quote upon completion of the in-home walk through.

Initial First Time Cleans are per hour ($100.00)

On-going Services

Maintenance Cleanings

900 - 1999 ~ . 13 per sq ft.

2000 - 3000 ~ .12 per sq ft. - maximum 4 hour time slots. If more time is required, another appointment will need to be scheduled.

3100 - 4000 - .11 per sq ft. maximum 4 hour time slots.

4100 - 5999 - .10 per sq ft. maximum 4 hour time slots.

6000 and above - starting base price 400.00

If you elect per hour, the rate is $50.00 per hour per cleaner.

Full House Deep Cleanings **Windows are NOT included in deep cleans**

900 - 1999 ~ .22 per sq ft.

2000 - 3000 ~ .21 per sq ft. please expect a minimum of 2 days to complete the deep clean.

3100 - 4000 ~ .20 per sq ft. - for homes larger than 3,000 sq ft. please expect a minimum of 3 days to complete the deep clean.

4100 - 5999 ~ .19 per sq ft.

6000 and above ~ .18 per sq ft.

If you elect per hour, the rate is $100.00 per hour for deep cleans.
